Definition
A person who manifests extremely conservative political or social convictions, vehemently opposing any reform, progress, or modernization, and advocating for the complete restoration of a past regime or system; ultra-reactionary. As an adjective, it describes an ideology, attitude, doctrine, or legislative measure marked by an absolute retrograde spirit and total resistance to democratic or liberal developments.
