A benign tumor formation with a mixed histological structure, characterized by the simultaneous proliferation of epithelial glandular tissue and cartilaginous tissue. This structural benign neoplasm occurs most frequently within the salivary glands (particularly in pleomorphic adenomas) or the mammary gland, presenting a slow evolution and sharp demarcation from surrounding tissues.
