#structural leasing
- Leasing out — The act of leasing out and its result; a legal, administrative, and economic process through which an immovable asset (especially arable land, an estate, a pond, or a pasture) is ceded for temporary exploitation to a third party in exchange for a periodic payment. In a structural legal sense, it represents a bilateral synallagmatic contract transferring usufruct and leasehold possession, leaving the bare ownership with the original lessor.
