#responsibility
- Absenteeism — An attitude or behavior characterized by the repeated, habitual, and often unexcused absence of a person from professional, school, civic, or moral duties. In social ethics and philosophy, absenteeism is viewed not merely as a simple physical absence, but as a pathology of responsibility, reflecting a crisis of attachment to community values and a conscious neglect of the social contract.
- Employer — A physical person or legal entity that can, according to the law, hire labor based on an individual employment contract. The employer represents the legal subject endowed with organizational, disciplinary, and directional authority, bearing civil and criminal responsibility to guarantee salary payments, state tax submissions, and the physical protection of their employees.
- To assume — To take upon oneself an obligation, responsibility, task, or risk; to consciously accept the consequences of an act, decision, or structural role. In a philosophical and psychological sense, it defines the internal act by which a person recognizes and accepts their own identity, mistakes, or destiny without trying to avoid them.
