#hazardous
- Amiantus — A variety of asbestos with long, flexible, and silky fibers of a whitish-green color, resistant to high temperatures and acid actions. Structurally, it is a natural calcium and magnesium silicate widely used in the past for manufacturing fireproof fabrics, thermal insulators, and building materials, but modernly restricted due to its severe pulmonary toxicity.
- Ammonia — A colorless, gaseous chemical compound with an extremely pungent and suffocating odor, composed of one nitrogen atom and three hydrogen atoms (NH3). It is highly soluble in water, forming ammonium hydroxide, and serves as a fundamental raw material in the global chemical industry for manufacturing nitrogen fertilizers, explosives, plastics, and household cleaning products.
- Chemical-resistant — Protecting against the harmful effects of toxic chemical substances, chemical warfare agents, or industrial pollutants; designed to neutralize, block, or decontaminate aggressive chemical agents. In the military and civil protection fields, the term describes safety equipment, such as gas masks or insulating suits specially engineered for operations in contaminated environments.
- Venturesome — Having exposed oneself or been exposed to a risk, danger, or unpredictable situation; a bold, hazardous, or reckless person acting without weighing the consequences of their deeds. In an economic or structural sense, it describes an action, investment, or idea characterized by uncertainty, speculation, and lack of guarantees.
