#constitution
- Asthenic — A person exhibiting a physical constitution characterized by a slender build, poorly developed musculature, a narrow chest, and long limbs, a body type described in Kretschmer's typology as being prone to introversion; by extension, it refers to an organism lacking physical strength, exhausted, or marked by profound weakness.
- Self-governance — The act of self-governing and its result; a form of political and administrative organization whereby a collectivity or country exercises supreme authority over its own affairs, adopting laws and regulations without external management interference. It constitutes the central pillar of regional autonomy and national self-determination movements.
- Self-proclamation — The act of self-proclaiming and its result; a unilateral political or legal act through which an individual or community assigns themselves an official status, sovereign title, or state independence without the prior consent of a higher authority or the electorate. From a constitutional perspective, this structural process is considered illegitimate or revolutionary, frequently generating major diplomatic or geopolitical conflicts until a possible de facto recognition is achieved.
- Bagehot — A prominent British proper surname belonging to the Victorian essayist, journalist, and economist Walter Bagehot (1826–1877), famous for his foundational theories on central banking (the Bagehot's Dictum) and constitutional monarchies.
- Government with full powers — A form of organization and exercise of executive power that enjoys full constitutional legitimacy, possessing the legal and political capacity to initiate draft laws, issue emergency decrees, and implement strategic public policies without temporary or mandate-related restrictions. Unlike a caretaker cabinet, it holds total legal authority to bind the state to international treaties and manage the public budget in a sovereign manner.
