#abusive
- Abusive — Constituting an abuse, exceeding the limits of legality, morality, or common sense; based on force, whim, or an unequal power dynamic, to the detriment of another person's rights. In a medical or behavioral sense, it designates an exaggerated, harmful, and immoderate use of a substance, privilege, or resource.
- Arbitrary — Left to the free choice or whim of someone, without being based on a law, a fixed rule, or an objective necessity; despotic, abusive, unjustified. In linguistics and philosophy, the term describes a conventional connection established by simple social agreement, such as the relationship between the linguistic sign and the reality denoted.
- Arrogated — Assumed, attributed, or claimed abusively, illegally, and without right; taken over by a person or authority through the violation of moral or legal standards. It describes a title, merit, power, or privilege obtained via usurpation.
- Infringing — Constituting an attack or violation, having the character of an assault, infringement, or outrage against the law, a fundamental right, or state sovereignty; detrimental, prejudicial, illegal. In old 19th-century legal terminology, the term qualified ordinances, administrative acts, or procedural deeds issued through abuse of power that flagrantly harmed the legitimate interests of citizens.
