Lexicon of Historical Jurisprudence and Walachian Legal Codes
- Antipricon — A legal exchange or property compensation offered in place of or on account of the originally established dowry (dotal property). The term, used in old Romanian law during the pre-modern era (such as in the Caragea Code), designated the formal act or contract by which a sold or alienated dotal asset was replaced with an equivalent property to guarantee the wife's economic protection.
- Antistie — A rare spelling form or lexical variant in old Romanian law during the pre-modern era (associated with the term 'antistis' or 'antistie'), designating the function, dignity, jurisdiction, or authority of a leader, official, prelate, or legal representative of a public or ecclesiastical institution. In 17th and 18th-century administrative charters, the term could also denote a formal act of empowerment or an official contestation filed before a boyar court.
