Definition
The act of becoming Transylvanianized and its result; a structural process through which a person, a community, or a text adopts the dialect, customs, mentality, or cultural specificity of Ardeal (Transylvania). In linguistics, it describes the assimilation or modification of language elements under the influence of Transylvanian dialectal norms.
