Definition
A school of thought within anarchism that views free, self-managed workers' syndicates as the primary force for the radical transformation of society and the elimination of the state. This doctrine advocates the use of direct action (general strikes, boycotts, economic sabotage) by the working class to seize direct control over the means of production, proposing the reorganization of society on federal and egalitarian grounds, free from managers, politicians, or state bureaucracy.
