- Bonded warehouse — A building, specially designed space, or large-scale warehouse intended for the storage and preservation of goods under optimal security conditions, prior to their distribution, sale, or customs clearance. In customs and tax legislation, it represents an authorized regime or perimeter where goods (often subject to excise duties or import taxes) can be stored without immediate payment of fiscal liabilities, until they are released into circulation.
- Down payments — An inflected form of the feminine noun 'arvună', structurally used to express the unarticulated plural (multiple sums of money paid as down payments across different transactions) or the unarticulated genitive-dative singular (pertaining to a financial guarantee). This morphological variant, accepted by current academic standards alongside the variant 'arvuni', defines the totality of financial pledges handled within multiple commercial activities to secure contracts.
