#stream windflower

• Riverside anemone — A scientific synonymous name for Eriocapitella rivularis, a perennial herbaceous plant in the family Ranunculaceae, native to a wide range across Asia (Himalayas, India, China, Nepal). This vigorous garden plant prefers stream banks, floodplains, and damp meadows, standing out due to its tall, branched stems that bear numerous immaculate white flowers, whose sepals have a blue-indigo or violet reverse, highlighting the azure stamens in the center.
