- In love — Having fallen in love; a person who has fallen prey to a deep feeling of love, passion, or romantic adoration for someone else. It is the historical and regional variant of the modern adjective 'amorezat' (in love), frequently found in the writings of the 1848 generation authors and in period erotic poetry to portray the state of daydreaming and vulnerability of the lover.
