#shutter release
- Self-timer — An accessory mechanism or software feature integrated into a camera or video recording device that delays the shutter release by a predefined time interval after the button is pressed. This structural system allows the photographer to move and include themselves in their own visual composition, being widely used for self-portraits and group photos.
