#self-nomination

• Self-nomination — The act of self-proposing and its result; a formal or informal act through which an individual submits their own candidacy or nomination for a public office, corporate role, distinction, or structural task. In modern recruitment and governance processes, it represents an accepted legal or administrative mechanism that allows for the decentralization of selection, providing equal access opportunities to professionals who do not benefit from a traditional support group.
