#self sustenance

• Self-sustenance — The act of self-sustaining and its result; the autonomous process, state, or capacity of a system or individual to ensure its own conditions of subsistence, stability, operation, and development from internal resources. It represents a key concept in modern sustainability theories, indicating the attainment of a threshold of total structural independence against external disruptive factors.
