#resource distribution
- Allocable — Capable of being allocated, distributed, or assigned according to predetermined rules, algorithms, or criteria. In a financial or technical context, it describes a free resource, an available fund, or a memory block that has not yet been locked by an active process and meets the legal or structural conditions to be assigned to a beneficiary.
- Allocation — The act of allocating and its result; an administrative, economic, or technical process through which specific resources (financial funds, material goods, time, computing memory, or personnel) are distributed, apportioned, or assigned to a specific purpose, project, department, or task. In computer science, it represents the structural reservation of space in the system memory for storing data during a program's execution.
