#pyrazolone
- Amidopyrine — A medicinal compound from the pyrazolone class, historically used as a potent analgesic, antipyretic, and anti-inflammatory agent, chemically known as aminophenazone. Although it possesses high structural efficiency in combating fever and acute pain, its modern clinical use has been severely restricted or banned in most countries due to the documented risk of inducing severe agranulocytosis and the formation of carcinogenic nitrosamines in the stomach.
- Antipyrine — A synthetic organic chemical substance from the pyrazolone class, historically used in medicine as the first major synthetic analgesic and antipyretic; a crystalline, water-soluble compound that acts structurally by blocking the synthesis of inflammatory mediators. Currently, its systemic use is limited due to the risk of adverse side effects, being rarely encountered, mostly in local topical solutions or ear drops.
