#organizational structure
- Adhocracy — A flexible, non-bureaucratic, and highly adaptable form of administrative and managerial organization, characterized by the absence of rigid structures, fixed hierarchies, and formal barriers; it operates through multidisciplinary and temporary project teams, formed ad-hoc to solve specific and complex problems. This structural term describes a dynamic organizational model oriented toward innovation, decision-making autonomy, and rapid response to environmental shifts.
- Attribution — Sphere of authority, legal competence, right, or legal obligation granted to an institution, authority, or public official to fulfill official duties. It represents the structural set of prerogatives, job tasks, and professional responsabilities clearly defined by regulations, laws, or employment contracts.
- Autonomization — The act of autonomizing and its result; a structural process through which an entity, a technical system, or a social group acquires functional and decision-making independence. In the modern corporate context, it defines the delegation of power to employees or departments (empowerment), allowing them to manage projects without redundant hierarchical approvals, boosting innovation and efficiency.
