#necrotizing vasculitis
- Angionecrosis — A destructive structural pathological process consisting of necrosis, cell death, and disintegration of the walls of a blood vessel (artery or vein). This severe clinical phenomenon, often triggered by necrotizing vasculitis, virulent bacterial infections, direct toxic injuries, or well-defined prolonged ischemia, leads to a total loss of vascular lumen integrity, causing spontaneous massive hemorrhages or secondary occlusive thromboses.
