• Andorra — A small sovereign independent state located in southwestern Europe, in the eastern Pyrenees mountains, bordered by France and Spain. • Andorra la Vella — The official capital and largest city of the Principality of Andorra, located in the southwest of the country at the confluence of two mountain streams forming the Valira River. Situated at an altitude of over one thousand meters, it is recognized as the highest state capital in Europe and represents the economic, cultural, commercial, and administrative nerve center of the entire Andorran nation.
