- Demurrage variant — A regional phonetic variant or old graphical alteration of the word alenșig, used in the past in the merchant language of Danubian ports to designate a demurrage fee or a financial penalty imposed for delayed unloading of cargo from ships. In some rural communities, the term was also isolated with the secondary meaning of abundance or surplus obtained following a favorable commercial exchange.
- Antivari — The historical name, of Italian origin and used in old Romanian documents, for the port city of Bar located on the Adriatic coast in Montenegro. The name reflects its symmetrical geographic positioning, situated directly across the sea opposite the Italian city of Bari, functioning throughout the centuries as a major commercial and strategic hub in the Balkan region.
