#mandate
- Ablegation (mission) — A rare conceptual form or terminological variant of 'ablegare'; the official mission entrusted to an emissary or the body of delegates sent to represent an authority. In certain early modern administrative sources, the word denoted both the official document granting legal and symbolic power to a delegate to act on behalf of the state.
- Removable — Subject to dismissal, revocation, or replacement from a public office or magistracy, not being irremovable; an official or judge whose mandate depends on the decision of the appointing authority. In a technical or industrial sense, it describes an element, a machine part, or a medical prosthesis structurally designed to be easily dismantled, detached, removed, or replaced without destroying the main assembly.
- Assignment — A legal act or formal written order through which a person is delegated or authorized to make a payment or transfer a sum of money to a beneficiary, on account of an existing debt; assignment of debt. In a historical context, the term was also used to designate the official allocation of public funds or assets for specific destinations, possessing a mandatory structure established by charters.
- Government with full powers — A form of organization and exercise of executive power that enjoys full constitutional legitimacy, possessing the legal and political capacity to initiate draft laws, issue emergency decrees, and implement strategic public policies without temporary or mandate-related restrictions. Unlike a caretaker cabinet, it holds total legal authority to bind the state to international treaties and manage the public budget in a sovereign manner.
