#historical decree
- Apravat — A rare historical term or administrative archaism used in the old princely chancelleries of the Romanian regions (especially in Moldavia and Wallachia) to denote a decree, decision, official directive, or a written legal rule with binding character. This structural instrument served as a territorial or administrative regulatory act issued directly by the ruling prince or the boyar council.
- Establishment — A graphical variant using 'î' for the term 'așezământ'; an institution of public, cultural, social, charitable, or religious nature (such as an asylum, a school, a hospital, or a monastery), established on the basis of a clearly defined legal statute. In a historical context, it designated an official convention, a treaty, a legislation, or a structural princely decree that established mandatory rules for the country's administrative organization.
