#greasy

• Unctuous — Having the consistency, appearance, or properties of an ointment; unctuous, greasy, fatty to the touch. In a figurative sense, the term describes a flattering, hypocritical, or overly humble person in behavior, who tries to gain someone's favor through artificial pleasantries.
• Salve-like — A rare or regional term describing a soft, greasy consistency or a whitish-yellowish hue, similar to that of a simple homemade ointment. It is sometimes used in local dialects to describe the texture of overcooked culinary dishes or the state of waterlogged clay soils.
