• Arcoziță — A regional term specifically used in the Maramureș region to designate the product obtained after the first distillation of fruit mash, also popularly known as 'smelly horincă'. Structurally, arcozița represents an intermediate, raw, and incompletely refined alcoholic liquid that requires a second boiling (redistillation) to become pure, high-quality horincă.
