• Allopsychic — Pertaining to the perception of the outside world, the surrounding environment, or other individuals, independent of one's own individuality or self-consciousness (autopsychic). In structural clinical psychiatry, it defines the state or capacity of correct spatio-temporal orientation in relation to external objects and events, while its impairment (allopsychic disorientation) is a major indicator in consciousness disorders or acute psychoses.
