• Engaged — Having the electrical circuit closed; coupled, connected, or put into operation via a switching device. The term describes the stable operational state of a switch, relay, or contactor whose internal contacts are firmly touching, allowing the flow of electrical current to consumers.
• Citizen-artist — A cultural and political concept designating an artist who uses their work, public status, and platform to engage actively in the civic, social, and political issues of their community. This type of creator does not limit themselves to the pure aesthetic act but assumes social responsibility, campaigning through art for human rights, democracy, and structural reforms.
