- Sleep-inducing — An archaic and regional Romanian adjective used to describe a person or action that induces drowsiness, light sleep, or lethargy; somniferous. It can also denote an individual prone to frequent nodding off or daytime dozing.
- Dozing off — The act of dozing off and its result; the moment or process of entering a light, short, and superficial sleep. Unlike deep sleep, it represents an intermediate phase of rest where the organism partially slows its reflex reactions but retains a subtle connection with the surrounding sound environment.
