#downsizing slogan

• Afuera — A term of Spanish origin, meaning 'outside' or 'out', which recently entered international and Romanian political and media jargon, associated with a radical style of administrative reform or public spending cuts. Often used as a slogan or symbolic exclamation, the word describes the sudden elimination of institutions, ministries, or positions deemed redundant.
