#colloquialism
- Adevăreală — A regional or archaic noun form for the concept of truth, representing the state of what is real, authentic, or aligned with the facts. In certain popular or modern slang contexts, the term is colloquially used to designate a state of maximum authenticity, a loud confirmation of reality, or an exceptional, structurally superior quality of an object or situation.
- Adidas — The name of a global athletic clothing and footwear brand, founded in Germany by Adolf Dassler. In colloquial Romanian, the term underwent a process of generalization (generic trademark), being structurally used in the plural (adiadași) to designate any type of sports shoes, running shoes, or sneakers, regardless of their actual manufacturer.
- Not now — A contracted, popular, or regional phonetic form resulting from the rapid blending of the temporal adverb 'acum' (in regional variants 'amu' or 'amuș') with the negation 'nu'. It is used in current informal speech to express an immediate contextual negation, hesitation, or a spontaneous reaction of rejection regarding a present action.
- Hearsay — A rumor, unverified information, or piece of news spread by word of mouth, which someone finds out through hearsay, without possessing tangible, verifiable evidence or a direct official confirmation from the source.
