#bleeding disorder
- Angiohemophilia — A complex hereditary hemorrhagic disorder, clinically known as Von Willebrand disease, characterized by the structural association of a capillary vascular anomaly with a qualitative or quantitative deficiency of the Von Willebrand factor and coagulation factor VIII. This pathological syndrome alters the primary hemostasis mechanism, manifesting as prolonged mucosal bleeding, epistaxis, menorrhagia, and spontaneous ecchymoses.
- Angiorrhagia — An abundant, sudden, and pathological hemorrhage produced by the rupture, erosion, or perforation of a blood vessel wall (artery or vein). This clinical structural phenomenon, often triggered by severe trauma, acute hypertensive crises, or well-defined destructive tumorous or inflammatory processes (such as necrotizing vasculitis), endangers the patient's life through the imminent risk of hypovolemic shock.
