- Anti-union — Opposed to trade unions, their activities, or the union organization of employees; directed against workers' freedom of association. It refers to measures taken by employers, restrictive government laws, or management practices (such as firing leaders or boycotting collective bargaining) aimed at limiting, weakening, or banning labor protection actions organized by employees.
- Bargaining — The act of negotiating a deal (old variant of 'tocmire') and its result; negotiation, agreement, or formal establishment of a price, contract terms, or historical labor obligations. In early Romanian law, it represented the legal or verbal act specifying work duties and tithes between a landowner and a peasant.
- Bargaining process — Archaic variant of the noun 'tocmire'; the act of negotiating a deal and its result, consisting of the formal negotiation, agreement, or establishment of the price and clauses of a transaction or a traditional labor contract. In the pre-modern social organization of the Romanian Principalities, the term designated the verbal or written convention regulating economic relationships among craftsmen, merchants, apprentices, or servants.
