#automodel
- Scale model car — A small-scale model of an automobile, equipped or not with a functional engine (electric or internal combustion) and a radio control system, used for recreational, competitive, or educational purposes. In automotive design engineering, the term also defines the small-scale experimental prototype used in wind tunnels to test drag and fluid dynamics before mass production.
- To self-model — To modify, adapt, or develop one's internal structure, behavior, or personality traits through one's own conscious, reflexive, and voluntary effort, in response to life experiences or interaction with the environment. In cybernetics and artificial intelligence, the verb describes the property of an advanced algorithm (such as machine learning) to rewrite or adjust its internal logical network to optimize task resolution without external programming.
- Car modelling — A hobby, technical-applied discipline, or technical sport consisting of designing, building, assembling, and racing miniature cars (model cars), whether they are static collectible scales or radio-controlled vehicles propelled by electric or internal combustion engines. Officially, the activity is organized in championships structured by competition classes, testing both the driving skills of the competitors and their knowledge of mechanics, electronics, and aerodynamics.
- Car modeller — A person (builder, driver, or enthusiast) who practices car modelling; a specialist or amateur who designs, assembles, tunes, and drives static or radio-controlled model cars. In technical competitions, a model car driver demonstrates craftsmanship both in managing the mechanical and electronic parameters of the miniature (suspension settings, gear ratios) and in rapid driving reflexes on circuits.
