• Bargaining process — Archaic variant of the noun 'tocmire'; the act of negotiating a deal and its result, consisting of the formal negotiation, agreement, or establishment of the price and clauses of a transaction or a traditional labor contract. In the pre-modern social organization of the Romanian Principalities, the term designated the verbal or written convention regulating economic relationships among craftsmen, merchants, apprentices, or servants.
