#arteriolit
- Arteriolith — A calcareous formation or microscopic calculus parasitically located within the wall or lumen of an arteriole, arising from the calcification of an organized thrombus or through mineral degeneration of the elastic tunic. This structural phenomenon rigidizes the vessel and partially blocks local microcirculation, linked with metabolic vascular disorders or severe cellular aging processes.
