#angiolit
- Angiolith — A small calcareous formation or inorganic calculus developed through the calcification of an old thrombus inside a blood vessel (artery or vein) or a lymphatic vessel. Also known structurally as a phlebolith or vascular stone, this well-defined pathological element can lead to partial circulatory obstructions or can be discovered incidentally during routine radiological investigations.
