#adynamia
- Adynamic — Presenting adynamia; characterized by a total lack or severe decrease of muscle strength, vital energy, and voluntary movement capacity. In a structural clinical context, it describes the state of a patient physically exhausted due to a serious infectious disease, a neurological disorder, or a profound depressive state that inhibits motor initiative.
- Adynamia — A state of extreme muscular weakness, profound physical exhaustion, and a severe decrease or complete loss of the body's motor strength; this structural and functional condition is encountered as a major symptom in grave infectious diseases, endocrine disorders (such as Addison's disease), shock states, or advanced malnutrition. It differs from ordinary fatigue by the actual physical inability to perform even elementary movements.
- Ataxo-adynamia — A complex clinical syndrome characterized by the simultaneous association of ataxia (lack of voluntary movement coordination) with adynamia (pronounced and severe decrease in muscle strength). It represents a state of intense motor and vital collapse, encountered as a major manifestation during grave neurological disorders, severe brainstem lesions, or in cases of acute toxic poisoning (such as that caused by toxic mushrooms).
