• Advantage — An archaic, etymological, or regional form of the word 'avantaj'; it represents a benefit, profit, gain, facility, or a favorable situation that someone possesses relative to others. Although used in 19th-century legal and literary texts, this form has been completely replaced in contemporary Romanian by the modern variant 'avantaj'.
